Chris Catlow

The Beechworth Chardonnay master, Chris Catlow’s Sentio project is now into its 10th harvest.  Having worked at many of Victoria’s iconic producers, including Sorrenberg, Kooyong Estate and Paringa Estate Chris struck up a friendship with Benjamin Leroux, himself an accomplished Chardonnay master.  Chris continues to work vintage with Benjamin in Burgundy, applying these philosophies to his own wines.
