Biodynamic

Breton is the name given to Loire cabernet franc, and so it seems only fitting that Cathérine and Pierre would specialise in such a classic varietal. In their own words, the Breton philosophy stems from a love of the land.  Organic and then biodynamic for over 30 years, they farm 11ha just east of the village of Bourgueil.
       The whites are opulent and balanced pure expressions of Vouvray while the reds traverse many different terroirs of Chinon and Bourgueil - from the glou glou Trinch, via the hard-to-stop-drinking Nuits d’Ivresse, through to the deep and brooding Chinons.  Some of the most finely crafted wines we import.
