There are few more legitimate examples of what we look for in a wine farm than Erinn and Janet Klein’s estate on the summit of Mt Barker.  Organic since way back, then certified bio-dynamic in 1993, a full 8 years before the first vines were even planted. Theirs is a true poly-culture where the wine is most definitely made in the vineyard.

The focus is on Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Syrah, with a number of other plantings of expermental grapes.
